Terms and conditions

1. Purpose

These terms govern purchases made in the Nuvé online store (nuvestore.store). By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping within Spain is free. Pack discounts (-10% with 2 units and -15% with 3) are applied automatically in the cart and cannot be combined.

3. Ordering process

Choose the product and quantity, add it to the cart and complete the payment. You’ll receive an email confirming your order.

4. Payment methods

You can pay with the methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify.

5. Shipping

See delivery times and conditions in our shipping policy.

6. Withdrawal and returns

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. See the process in our returns policy.

7. Guarantee

All products come with the 3-year legal guarantee against lack of conformity.

8. Personal data

We only process your data to manage your order and assist you, in line with our privacy policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence.
