Right of withdrawal: 14 days
You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to return it, no questions asked.
How to return a product
- Email us at hola@nuvestore.store with your order number.
- We’ll reply with the return address and the steps to follow.
- Send the product unused, in its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product arrives damaged, is faulty or isn’t what you ordered. In those cases we cover it.
Refund
Once we receive and check the product, we’ll refund you using the same payment method you used, within 14 days at most.
Damaged or wrong product
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email hola@nuvestore.store within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and we’ll send you a new one or refund your money, whichever you prefer.
Guarantee
All our products come with the 3-year legal guarantee against lack of conformity. If your product fails, send us photos or a video and we’ll help you.
