Free shipping

Every order ships free, with no minimum purchase.

Shipping area

For now we only ship to Spain.

Delivery time

The maximum delivery time is 30 calendar days from purchase, as required by law.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you the tracking number so you always know where it is.

Delays

During busy seasons such as Halloween, or because of the carrier, there may be delays. If your order is late, email hola@nuvestore.store and we’ll sort it out.

Damaged or wrong order

If you receive a damaged product or it isn’t what you ordered, email hola@nuvestore.store within 7 days with photos and we’ll send you a new one or refund you. See also our returns policy.
